NITO AI Course

1. No Refund Policy
   • All fees paid for the NITO AI courses are non-refundable.
   • Once payment is made, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Course Transfer
   • Requests to transfer enrollment to another course or session may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and management approval. Such requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of the original course.
3. Course Materials
   • All course materials provided are non-returnable and non-refundable. These materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without our permission.

Olympiad Exam

1. No Refund Policy
   • The registration fee for the Olympiad exam is non-refundable.
   • Once payment is made, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Exam Rescheduling
   • In exceptional cases, and at the discretion of the management, participants may be allowed to reschedule their exam to a future date. Such requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled exam date.

General Provisions

   • We are not responsible for any cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other emergencies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

   • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any course or exam without prior notice. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements, which may include rescheduling or transferring to a different course or exam.
