2. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
3. Eligibility Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course or exam. Any false information provided during the registration may lead to disqualification without refund.

NITO AI Course

1. Course Fees
   • The fee for each course varies based on the course content and duration.
   • Fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.
2. Enrollment and Payment
   • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
   • Payments can be made through the payment methods specified on our website.
3. Refund Policy
   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
   • No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
4. Course Materials
   • All course materials provided are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without our permission.
5. Conduct
   • Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the course.
   • Any form of disruptive or unethical behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Olympiad Exam

1. Registration and Fees
   • The registration fee for the Olympiad exam is 200 INR.
   • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Exam Conduct
   • Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations specified for the Olympiad exam.
   • Any form of cheating or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Refund Policy
   • No refunds will be issued for the Olympiad exam registration fee under any circumstances.
4. Results and Certification
   • Results will be announced on the specified date.
   • Certificates will be issued to participants based on their performance as per the criteria set by us.
